DESCRIPTION:View the agenda here! \nAs of 29th April\, this event is now full.  Any further registrations will be added to a wait list.  If a place does become available\, then we will contact you directly.   Please do not process any payment until we have confirmed that a place has been reserved for you. \nMeeting Information:\n\n\n\nTitle\n2025 BRITSpA Annual Scientific Meeting\n\n\nVenue\nThe Ardencote Hotel\, Warwickshire\, CV35 8LT\n\n\nDate\n24th and 25th September 2025\n\n\nTimings\n\nRegistration 13:00 – 14:00 Wednesday 24th September 2025 \nRegistration 08:30 – 09:15 Thursday 25th September 2025 \n\n\n\n\nRegistration Fee\nPlease note a nominal fee for attendance will apply: bank information will be sent to you automatically on completion of your registration form.  Please make payment within 7 days:\n£150 for Medical Consultants \n£75 for all others \nPlease note the following are included in the registration fee: \n\nLight Lunch – 24th September\nBRITSpA ASM Dinner – 24th September\nOvernight accommodation- 24th September (reserved only for those delegates attending both days of the meeting)\nBreakfast – 25th September\nRefreshments and Lunch – 25th September\n\nAny additional expenses are your own responsibility and will be charged directly to you on checkout.    \nPlease note\, in the event of a cancellation 48 hours or less from the start of the event\, a cancellation fee of £200 (approx. 50% of the actual cost to the charity) will be applied.  In the event of non-attendance\, you will be sent an invoice payable within seven days. \nRegistration Allocation\nAs in previous years\, places are limited so it is advantageous for you to register as soon as possible. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.  if you are only able to attend one day\, please indicate this on the registration form\, please note\, full registration fees will apply. \nNon-member poster presenters are invited to attend the meeting on Wednesday 24th September only.  \nTrain Travel\nTransfers will be organised to collect from the following train stations on Wednesday 24th September:\nBirmingham International at 12:30pm\nWarwick Parkway at 12:45pm \nReturn transfers will depart immediately following the close of the meeting. \nOnce you have booked your train travel\, please email the event manager: liesa.coates@in2global.com your arrival time and the train station so that we can add you to the transfer list.  \nOur sponsors have had no involvement in the programme. \n
