We are delighted you will be attending the Rheumatology Events SpA Academy in Cambridge on Sunday 15th & Monday 16th September 2024.  Please do register as soon as possible so that we can capture all the information required.  Please take note of the following information which will also be sent automatically on completion of your registration.

 On arrival, please come to the welcome desk located in the Old Library, the meeting will take place in the Queens building.

Setup and Registration

Access  will be given for set up at the following times:
Sunday 15^th September: 15:30   Registration will be between 06:30 – 17:00
Monday 16^th September: 08:00.   Registration will be between 08:30 – 09:30

Posting Items
Please send any items for postage to the following address.  If you are returning items by post, please make sure you have the labels pre-printed, so these can be fixed to the packages at the end of the event.

Accommodation
Accommodation is available onsite for the evening of 15th September at an additional cost of £75.00 per person.   If you do require accommodation, please indicate this on the registration form and I will send an invoice from Spondyloarthritis Training and Education (SPATE) UK Ltd. for the amount + VAT.   Apologies, no credit card payments possible…

Dinner
Please note you have not booked in to attend the dinner.  If you are able to attend, we would be delighted to host you.  Please check with your internal compliance team before accepting the invitation.

Travel by Car
Unfortunately, there is no carparking on site.  The closest is The Grand Arcade carpark and the conference venue is just across the road:

By Bus
Local and national bus services stop at Emmanuel Street and Drummer Street, a 50m walk from the college. Buses from Cambridge Station run every 10 minutes and stop at Emmanuel Street.

By Train
Cambridge Station is located 1km south of the city centre. There are frequent direct train services from London via King’s Cross or Liverpool Street Stations. Trains from the North and West usually require a change at Peterborough and/or Ely Stations. Further details available at the National Rail website.
