Psychodermatology Face-To-Face Educational Meeting
10 May 2024 @ 8:50 am - 11 May 2024 @ 5:00 pm

Psychodermatology face-to-face educational meeting
Psychodermatology is an essential facet to Dermatology training at all career stages. It encompasses the management of patients with primary psychiatric disease presenting to dermatologists (e.g., delusional disorders), and patients with primary dermatological disease with large psychiatric and/or psychosocial morbidity (e.g., psoriasis). Provision for such patients is sporadic, and training in Psychodermatology can be difficult to access. Keeping in mind the curriculum requirements for training in the area, Psychodermatology UK have been providing, for over a decade, the only 2-day course designed to deliver a comprehensive overview of essential Psychodermatology and facilitate competencies in this area.
Who can attend?
We encourage junior doctors working in dermatology (including specialty doctors) and junior consultants. We would also be able to accommodate doctors working in psychiatry with an interest in Psychodermatology.
