Cohort 1: Learning Day 6

Cohort 1

• This is a Face to face (F2F) meeting for Cohort 1
  • If attending virtually all your team members are welcome
• Travel, accommodation where needed and subsistence covered.
• The meeting will also be streamed live for remote attendees

Cohort 2

• Cohort 2 are welcome to attend either virtually or face to face (F2F) for the afternoon session which will be a deep dive into diagnosis, connecting the Gold Standard and Aspiring to Excellence programmes
• Travel costs covered for those attending on site
  • If attending F2F a maximum number of 3 team members are eligible to attend
  • If attending virtually all your team members are welcome

All attendees must register

If attending F2F all travel must be booked using the NHS discount where possible.  Post meeting you will be sent an expense claim form
