Pharmaceutical companies have solely provided sponsorship through the purchase of exhibition space with no further input into the arrangements or agenda of the meeting.

Registration Fee
Please note a nominal fee for attendance will apply: bank information will be sent to you automatically on completion of your registration form. Please make payment within 7 days:
£150 + VAT (£180) for Medical Consultants
£75 + VAT (£90) for all others
Please note the following are included in the registration fee:
- Light Lunch – 21st September
- BRITSpA ASM Dinner – 21st September
- Overnight accommodation- 21st September (reserved only for those delegates attending both days of the meeting)
- Breakfast – 22nd September
- Refreshments and Lunch – 22nd September
Any additional expenses are your own responsibility and will be charged directly to you on checkout.
Please note, in the event of a cancellation 48 hours or less from the start of the event, a cancellation fee of £200 (approx. 50% of the actual cost to the charity) will be applied. In the event of non-attendance, you will be sent an invoice payable within seven days.
Registration Allocation
As in previous years, places are limited so it is advantageous for you to register as soon as possible. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis. if you are only able to attend one day, please indicate this on the registration form, please note, full registration fees will apply.
Non-member poster presenters are invited to attend the meeting on Monday 21st September only.
Train Travel
Transfers will be organised from 12:30 to collect from Coventry Train Station on Monday 21st September:
Return transfers will depart immediately following the close of the meeting.
